I do not know if my scenario is handled by new replication feature, but i suppose only way is not fixing replicator, only metadata commit stage. E.g. table publication cannot be disabled if table have referential constraints. But i do not know how this can be fixed in opposite direction. Two tables with dissabled publication and one reference second and we need to turn publication on.
