Sheen there isn't a converstion kit for the Richmond... it's back to good old gear head ingenuity. Basically a clutch of your choice, in my case it was a 26 spline Centerforce clutch and an OEM flywheel. TH400 crossmember that you will modify once you have the trans in you'll see what you need to do. Shortened drive shaft, you'll have to measure it up. You'll need a th400 yoke. And a shifter, long has one that fits the stock console, David Pozzi has made Hurst Shifters work with the stock console. I have a non modified Hurst Shifter and it almost bangs my knee going into 2nd. The long shifter from the pictures I have seen is the way to go.
