[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\AssemblyFolders\FirebirdSql.Data.FirebirdClient]
@="C:\\Program Files\\FirebirdClient"
Is that what you mean?
No you will need to modify your web.config file to reference the
provider assembly
