GAC = Global Assembly Cache
it's set of directories, where the global assemblies (always accessible)
are placed.
You can use the .NET Framework GUI to add files into GAC or i.e. gacutil
from FB Client instalation dir. The FB Client instalation is adding
these assemblies into GAC during the install (am I right Carlos?).
