[Firebird-net-provider] The provider works at one PC but no at other

Hi, people.

I am very lost about this provider.
At my computer, it is working. But, at another, I installed all files (SDKs) and use the same path to folders. Both are using VS 2005 Pro and XP SP2, etc.

Why I can't make the second work?

Worst: I can't install the clients. When I try run a program witch in my PC is ok, the client don't run. The Net Framework lists errors about the provider.

I try to install the complete package from downloaded .exe, but it did't work, too. The "publisher" of VS copy the DLLs, but I get error.

Why two PCs with similar configurations don't return the same result?
Is there a patch or a better step-by-step guide to install this provider?
I follow all steps that a get with the download and some sites, but this is not working.

Please: I am despaired !!!
