First of all I have to say that I just started yesterday to use v2 of
the provider :)

I just used the install program. As the application compiles, I think
I don't need anything else. The thing I was missing in VS 2003 was the
integration in the server explorer. If this what you mean I didn't try
it yet but will do it soon for sure !
Yes, but in the VS 2005, as in the 2003 it's not possible to integrate
custom providers inside the explorer.
