Hi, I was able to get FirebirdClient into the listbox and could choose. In the next step I set a connectionstring to a database, but then I got an exception, messaged by VSE: "Error while loading a type".
Whatever this means: no compatibility between VS C# Express and Firebird, no compatibility between NET-datatypes and FB-datatypes, wrong knowledge of domains by VS. And Firebird-Support hasn't any more help. Therefore I was ending to use the designer and make all database-support manually. Sorry for no help Juergen Ibraim Yesid Hernandez wrote: > Hi, > > I have seen a discusion list about the topic but I don't have it clear > how to ge it work.
