Meaning of "dummies" in my case.  
    - most end-users who could not find their rear-ends with a flash light even 
if their life depended on it.  (please try not to laugh because it's a serious 
situation in my case)

So as you can see 
    an XCOPY(or a batch file with an XCOPY)
    nor the installer 
are acceptable solutions.

I was only thinking of single file distribution(MyApplication.exe).  All the 
end-user has to do is download MyApplication.exe via a link on a HTML page, 
save the file on the Desktop. And run it.
