I think somebody already mentioned that you'll need 2.5.0 (which is currently in alpha): http://firebirdsql.org/index.php?op=files&id=netprovider However, I've been successfully using 2.5 in production for a while now without issues (I don't use any of the more esoteric features where bugs are probably more likely, however..)
