At the moment - if I run 5 simultanious instances of the same application - atleast 1 of them hangs on event registration. I have a few more things to recode based on the 2.1.0 (which except the events works fine). The precompiled 2.1.0 from the site does not register events at all on firebird 2.1.* servers (I suppose it should be that way). I noticed someone else mentioning issues about queue event on Vista, which should be alot alike windows 2008. It seems like some sort of deadlock but I haven`t had the time to go through the connection procedure yet (though It worked ok under XP server, which gives me the idea of an incompatible socket param probably ...) I`ll build a 2.5 based version of my app in a few days and share the observations.
