The problem is, that 1) we have couple of DDEX readme files and 2) people are simply NOT reading the content carefully. If you look at DDEX questions from last year, the questioner is doing everything else but not what's IN readme. If you follow the steps and you have at least minimal amount of .NET knowledge, you'll be able to install it in a minute - my personal experience from more than dozen trainings with ~10 people in class. So the 2. is better, you're developer, you should be able to do three simple steps, described.
