If you're accessing from some SVN tool, then you don't need the
viewvc, as that's what makes it web friendly. If you look at the
www.firebirdsql.org/index.php?op=devel&sub=netprovider, you'd find it
there. It's also in SF documentation, how to "build" the URL.
