I cannot seem to login to the forum after subscribing. My account is

When I use the Firebird-net-provider Subscribers section of the page
Firebird-net-provider -- For users and developers of the Firebird .NET
providers to login with my credentials I get an error page stating:

Firebird-net-provider roster authentication failed.
I am very eager to access the forum and post a few queries concerning an
issue I am having with Firebird. Can you resolve this login issue so I
can begin to post messages?
