In Firebird 2.0 the database shutdown method had a state parameter added to it:
gfix <command> [<state>] [<options>]
<command> ::= {-shut | -online}
<state> ::= {normal | multi | single | full}
<options> ::= {-force <timeout> | -tran | -attach}
This state is not available in FbConfiguration.DatabaseShutdown(). This is a
request for it.
