The GetSchema method in FbConnection provides the meta information about the
database. The "DataTypes" meta data is read from FbMetaData.xml.
The LiteralPrefix and LiteralSuffix isn't provided for date, time, and
timestamp types. It should be aposthrope '.
It's also worth check the rest data type.
