Sorry it seems the converter is not translating the event binding correct
or maybe for more recent version of VB.

Anyway instead of
revent.RemoteEventCounts += New FbRemoteEventEventHandler(AddressOf
EventCounts)

use this:
*AddHandler revent.RemoteEventCounts, New
FbRemoteEventEventHandler(AddressOf EventCounts) *
