Kind of. I would rather make an app server to do the communication, because of how the Firebird protocol will behave on such a network (I suppose you're not using cable ;)). Anyway you can try (very) old http://sourceforge.net/projects/firebird/files/firebird-net-provider/2.5.2/NETProvider-2.5.2-CF.7z/download where the CF was supported.
