Thanks for the feedback Karol.

Generally it’s very hard for us to optimize the bigger queries, we usually try 
to shift joins and clauses around until “it works”, we don’t have a dedicated 
database professional here.

Can I ask you if there is any good tutorial so one could start learning the ins 
and outs about optimizing queries and plans? I’ve sifted through the available 
documentation a few times but they are more for reference purposes then for 
learning.
