I'm not really certain if this is of any help as I can't be certain what
exactly you are attempting to achieve but if you are trying to set up an
automated testing framework around web pages to spot bugs/regressions
try using Selenium http://selenium.openqa.org/ instead of writing your
own tool. Not sure this is of much help but just in case.
