The disable by site feature in Firebug 1.2 and 1.3 uses a permissions mechanism of Firefox that is based on domains not strings or regexps. So: no.
In any case Firebug's disable feature is weak. You might try the opposite approach. Disable all three Firebug tabs, then on the sites you want to debug, set them to enable for <site>. If you don't have any tabs open on one of these enabled sites, then your browser should be faster.
