Firebug does not edit CSS files. The edits are on live objects in the
browser. Some live objects like CSS rules have URLs attached to them
that Firebug shows you.  The URLs specify the resource that initially
introduced the rule. The rule could have been modified by Javascript
and the URL is not necessarily a file name.
