I went back and looked at FF2.0.0.12 + Firebug 1.2. Apparently FF2
does not fire the scroll events we need for Firebug 1.3. So it looks
like Firebug 1.3 will not be supported on FF2.

If you need to use Firebug on FF2, use Firebug 1.2.1.
