The adblock plus filter

But ABP isn't designed as something to control javascript. The
solution is awful since all scripts at all sites are disabled - and
there's no indication (like on the status bar) that tells you (or
reminds you) that all scripts are off. It's the solution I use - but
it's very very ugly.

I was told that YesScript and other add-ons can be used to block
scripts.

But I already have far too many add-ons - I do not want or need
another.
