I've since investigated this some more. It seems that if I click
reload when the script has stopped on an error the script debugging
gets messed up so I'll have to close the tab and re-open the page in
another tab for it to work. It also works if i press play to let the
script run to completion from where it was stopped and then reload the
page. So it was not related to multiple windows being open as I first
though. Right now I'm running 1.3.3b1.
