I guess: you wrote:
FBTrace.sysout("string "+object);
But you need
FBTrace.sysout("string ", object);
for the object to appear.

The context object is where Firebug stores all of its data about a
page.
I don't know what "file" you are talking about, maybe some thing from
the net panel?
