Rowby,

Chromebug is a firefox extension, so you need to load it into Firefox
first (along with Firebug 1.4).

To run it, run firefox with the command line option "-chromebug'". You
don't need or want the chrome URL with .xul any more.

I'll try to fix the page you found.
