I disabled all of my Extensions and tried to reinstall and that did the trick.
I had the same problem with FF3.0.10 and 3.5b4 using the lastest alpha. I had the following Extensions enabled: Library Detector 1.0.2, Operator 0.9.3, Personas for Firefox 1.0, Tab Sidebar 2.0.1, TwitterBar 2.1.2 Ubiquity 0.1.8, Web Developer 1.1.6, and Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant 1.0 (which I didn't disable).
