Is anyone else seeing this? I'm running 1.4b7 on Firefox 3.5 Vista 32bit. The UI shows that I set the pref (under View > Options), but it's never respected by the the status bar icon or F12. It just always opens the in-window drawer on the bottom. I tested under a new profile and see the same problem.
