I worked a bit on another poster's example involving tinyMCE, but they didn't post bug report and I lost track of the newgroup entry.
What I recall was that somehow the page has two mozilla 'windows' (nsIDOMWindows), one visible, one mysterious. The "cannot find" message is coming from the mystery window. The command line works fine in the visible one. jjb On Aug 5, 8:59 am, sir_brizz <[email protected]> wrote: > I have a page with tiny mce on it, as soon as I added tiny mce I > started getting that message: > > Firebug cannot find _firebugConsole element true Window <url> > > The tiny mce init looks like: > > http://pastie.org/572722 > > thebigreason is a skin for tiny from: > > http://thebigreason.com/blog/2008/09/29/thebigreason-tinymce-skin > > On the page in question, I have three tiny mce instances being > created.
