You can double check Firebug 1.3.4 on Firefox 3.0 and Firebug 1.4.2 on
Firefox 3.0. If 1.3 work and 1.4 fails, that points to FirebugBody
(though its not a slam dunk because Firefox also has some issue around
body tags).

The 1.3 inspect code will be in Firebug 1.5a21 when it comes out. We
think that 1.3 works in some cases where 1.4 fails and vice versa. We
have a completely new version in development to avoid all of these
problems.
