I resolved my problem by reinstalling ff and fb. I made sure to delete
settings and personal stuff too during the uninstall. Reinstalling
just fb didn't help. If you're having the same problem and you take
this approach, remember to save your bookmarks. You might be able to
get away with uninstalling without deleting your personal info, but
I'm guessing fb write some files in there, so it might be necessary.
