I've found that if I set a breakpoint on a line of script, it often changes execution. If the breakpoint is on an assignment, the lvalue gets assigned undefined, or some odd value from somewhere else. If the breakpoint is on a test, the result of the test is often altered. (I remember this being a bug in Firefox once upon a time, but I thought it was fixed).
