If the editing URL is from a different domain, just close Firebug on
that URL ( upper right icon [(|)] )
If the editing URL is from the same domain, there are three ways:
1) Open Firebug in a new window (middle icon upper right on 1.4).
2) Open a second Firefox window, one with firebug one not.
3) Use option Firebug Icon Menu > Options > Activate Same Origin URLs
off, then turn firebug "off" (upper right icon, [(|)] )
