No, you can't do that. It's very uncomfortable. The only way I've found to do that is using another extension: web developer toolbar. With that you can deactivate all scripts. It's not the ideal solution as it breaks ALL scripts and not certain ones, but in most of cases it helps. I think this should be a important feature to add for future versions. Kind Regards.
