There's a copy of jsdoc-toolkit in the firebug svn repository, in
<svn_root>/jsdoc that's the one I think the wiki page is referring to
(because I just have the whole tree checked out).

I believe the correct place to point is at the jsdoc-2.3.0 directory, so it
may not work with 2.4.0 (I haven't tried it), although I should probably fix
that if it's the case.
