I just followed the steps to create a clean Firefox profile with only Firebug installed. The problem didn't go away. I thought it might have been because I also have RoboForm on both computers but disabling that didn't do anything either. One other thing to note, when I try to get to the Add-On's in Firefox (Ctrl + Shift + A) I can only get that to come up if one window is open. If there are more than that, it doesn't do anything. Not sure if there is anything there that is useful but figured I'd point out the oddities just in case.
