Jan, I am hoping you are still interested in trying to resolve this.
My FF 6.0 install has only Roboform Toolbar for Firefox v7.4.2, Firebug 1.8.1, FBTrace 1.9b1, and FirePHP 0.6.1 (disabled) installed. I've confirmed the problem goes away if I disable either Roboform or Firebug. As others have mentioned, this problem has existed at least since FF5 with various versions of RF and FB. When I completely restart firefox with home page set to my simple page, I see the following in FF Error Console, but nothing more significant.
