When Firebug 1.8.4 is installed in Firefox 8.0 on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, there is a problem using Firefox and Firebug when the Firefox/Firebug window is on the secondary monitor of a dual monitor desktop. For example, in Firefox, the Bookmarks menu, when clicked, will initially show the bookmarks very briefly, but then the portion of the bookmarks menu that overlays the window will vanish (become transparent).
In Firebug, an example is going to the HTML tab and right-clicking on the <body> element. The drop-down/context menu vanishes/becomes transparent.
