I suppose, that's currently not possible. You can see that when using FireDiff <http://www.incaseofstairs.com/firediff>. When changing the property value, there will be one entry listed inside the *Changes* panel. But if you change the property name, there will be two entries listed, one, in which the old property was removed and one, in which the new one got added. I remember, that I already stumbled over the same problem before, but I can't find anymore where I mentioned this.
Maybe Kevin Decker (the author of FireDiff) can say more about this. Probably that's worth creating an enhancement request<http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/entry?template=User%20enhancement%20request> .
