Hello All, I'm currently running Windows7(64bit), Jaws 13.0.852, Firefox 12, and Firebug 1.9.1. My issue is that the items that are rendered by the call getOptionsMenuItems are not read by Jaws at all. Jaws will read the panelTab items, and also read off information pertaining to the amount of items in the options menu but once you use the down arrow to enter the menu, the items are not read.
I believe this has to do with how the items being generated dynamically via XBL, but I could be wrong. The extension that I'm working on has the requirement that it be accessible, and the powers that be have deemed that the optionsMenu is where they want these menuitems to be. Any help or insight as to how I can make them accessible, or an alternative approach to generating the menu content in a accessible manner would be appreciated. Related question, is it possible to assign elements to the list via an overlay file and still preserve the anonymous content rendering? Another feature that needs to be implemented is a sub menu within the options menu. Thank You, Joshua -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Firebug" group.
