The *CSS* panel (and *Style* side panel) currently shows the values as they are interpreted by Firefox. And Firefox always converts HSL and HSLA values to RGB and RGBA values. To see the original values you currently have to switch to the *Source Edit* Mode. There's already an enhancement request<http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=3871>for allowing to change the displayed format.
