I guess you mean the requests summary at the bottom of the requests (shown 
below), right?

I already requested some time ago that the column headers should be 
fixed<http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=2617>at the top of the 
*Net* panel. The same should be done for the requests summary. I.e. when 
that issue is solved it will stay at the bottom of the *Net* panel and not 
scroll with the requests.
