I am not sure if I understand the question. If the option is on, you
should
see all requests coming from BFCache (so, the server is not even
asked)

There is also a request to display request from app cache

But I don't have a test case to check this out.

Yep, the info saying that the response actually comes from BFCache
is asynchronous...
