Where should I start? I am using IE 8 but don't like it. I downloaded to FireFox and have used it for a year just fine. Then, at the advise of MS (who else???) I needed to upgrade to IE 9. Then everything went down the toilet. I uninstalled IE 9 but cannot get into my two stage bank account. I can get into the general information, but to get into the second tier, I am getting a 'popup blocked' error. I have added my URL appropriately but no luck. Last week, I was able to get into my account via IE 8. However, I tried that again, but when I put in the URL, my IE 8 OPENS Firefox and goes to the site and I cannot get into the second tier again. I have never had IE switch to Firefox otherwise. My bank has no idea what to do because the popup blocker is in place (reset correctly on my machine). I am using Windows 7, 64 bit. Do I need to try Chrome? I am FRUSTRATED. Pat
