The only advice I can give you is to either reset your Firefox profile<http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems>or create a new one<http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager>and check if this also happens there.
