Up to Firefox 19 the css panel of the inspector tool used to display on the right, with the navigation/control panel at the bottom. This was fine.
With Firefox 20 all the panels appear under the navigation panel at the bottom of the screen, and there doesnt seem to be any way of moving just the css panel back to the right hand side. In order to see the css panel I have to increase the size of the inspector pane at the bottom until it more or less occupies the entire window, which of course means that I cant see what I'm inspecting.
