Firebug only has a CPU profiler<https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Profiler>at the moment available inside the *Console* panel. There was a try to integrate a memory profiler earlier<http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=4376>, though it turned out not to be that useful. So we decided to remove it again for now. Though there's already a plan to integrate an enhanced memory profiler <http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=4529>. For now you can try out about:memory.
