There's an extension for Firebug called FireSass<https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/firesass-for-firebug/>, which allows to interact with SASS. There's also an enhancement request for LESS support in issue 5961<http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=5961>. I don't know the progress of that, though.
