I'm experiencing exactly the same problem with Firefox 30 and Firebug 2.0, 
however, instead of ExtJS 5.0.0 my application uses ExtJS 3.4.1.1.

I've found that if you disable the Firebug tabs Console and Script, it 
starts working again... but of course, those two of the most useful tabs....

I updated today and after checking some of my applications I noticed that
