After checking Dom Constants the missing globals showed up at the bottom of the DOM list in normal case, not bold. In the past my capitalized globals were at the top in bold. Curiously enough I added another object with an uppercase name to my page and that showed up at the top of the DOM list in bold. If I can figure out if I am doing something to cause the different behavior I will post it. I can now inspect my elements and that is what is important. I love firebug. Thank you for you help.
